Community Collaborations to Support Children Experiencing Homelessness in Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania colleagues, you are invited to join us for our first of multiple networking and learning session to explore ways to build cross-sector partnerships to support young children experiencing homelessness! Our first session next week on Wednesday May 13th at the Pittsburgh PaTTAN (3190 William Pitt Way, Pittsburgh 15238). As additional dates and locations are confirmed, we will share those details.
The event is an opportunity to learn more about what Pennsylvania is doing to address the needs of families with young children experiencing homelessness, network and collaborate with early childhood and homeless service providers in your
community, and learn about ways to get involved. Anyone who works directly with families with young children experiencing homelessness is welcome to join including, but not limited to: Early Learning Resource Center Staff, Early Intervention staff, Head Start and Early Head Start providers, PA Pre-K Counts providers, McKinney-Vento Liaisons, and housing and homeless service providers. Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided. There is no charge to attend this event.
Registration and additional information is available in the flyer below. Space is limited, so please register in advance (link registration: https://bit.ly/4dgxW7j)! Please feel free to share the flyer with others in your network that you think might be interested. If you have any questions, please reach out to Tracy Duarte.
We hope to see you there!
